This is due to some inconsiderate neighbours who kena loanshark activities and the paint spilt onto the floor outside my unit!! It has been almost 1 year and now i want to rent out the house, I need to remove the stains! Or can i paint over the concrete? Any advice on which contractor to go for this kind of service?
