Painting And Cleaning Services For Only $950

I have just got 2 contractors to come up to my resale house.

One of them charge $1500 for chemical washing of whole house and painting for 2 colors.

[Lily White for wall and Grey for 5 doors and 3 pipes. Did not talk about my kitchen cabinet)

The other one charge $950 for normal washing of whole house and painting for 2 colors

(Almond white for wall, grey for 3 pipes and 5 doors and then wood color for my very dirty kitchen cabinet)

Which one to picked? :thumbs up:
