Err.... What kind of comment do you want? Too vague.... No idea what kind of design you want, what is your budget, what criteria....

Paiseh.... Didn't notice that you posted it under geomancy section.... OK, it's obvious you are asking for fengshui advise.....

Anyway, looks like a very nice design and easy to utilize the space.

Yes. The rubbish chute is beside the washer...so the washer cannot be too big and the rubbish chute has to be rather flat.

I was also thinking whether in terms of fengshui, the MBR need to do anything, its kind of beside the living room instead the 'last room in the corner'. Also, my wife is worried that the MBR is noisy as it is beside the kitchen, so we have to include glass door for kitchen.

In terms of fengshui, where should the stove be? I plan to have it along the long side of the L part of the kitchen.
