Kenhome Designs Vs 9 Lives Pte Ltd

Hi all,

I've just bought a 3-room unit in AMK, and have approached several ID house and got a few quotation. So far Kenhome design and 9 lives have given the most affordable rate for me. however I'm a bit concern about with such cheaper rate, what kind of workmanship do they provide? Which one is more reliable?

Can anyone help me? Thanks much!
