Where To Find Space For Diy?

Hi All

First I like to apologize if this is a repeated post, I'm a newbie here and like to consult you guys regard to "DIY working space". Recently I plan to build and customize myself a table for my new home, after gathering info I realized I do not have a place to do my carpentry work. Tried calling up carpentry shop to check if they allow to borrow/rent a working space, but say no due to some insurance policy issues

I hope you guys can advice where I can find a place to do my carpentry work and it would be a bonus if the premises comes with equipments, if not I will purchase my own.
