Is it normal to be more expensive if i just paint kitchen and 1-2 bedroom as compare to cover the whole house?

the rate now for 4rm is $1200 to $1300. if got furniture an additional $200.

my quotes are between 1100 - 1500 but i do it with whole house reno.

usually need to specify wat kinda paint and brand? heard odourless paint, is more ex..or those easy wash?

the rate is quite standard. but the contractor will need to know if the unit is of living condition or empty. empty will be so much easier for them to work as compared to a unit with things around.
