Beware Of Repair (Oven, Aircon, Plumbing) Con Men

Hi All,

Recently we were con by repairmen claiming "cheap and reliable" repairs, they claim that can repair almost anything.

(from oven to aircon to plumbing)their contact is 97604825 and 97878122

They come in a convoy of 3 vehicles and work in pairs.

I am sharing this for awareness and so that they can no long cheat anyone.

There was a initial quotation of $80 for tpt fee to take a look at my spoilt item,

I deemed it too expensive. They proceeded to call a few times after using different hp nos.

As my item still needed repair, my partner nego with them and they agreed if they cant do anything tpt fee is $30.

When they arrived, even before they did any work, one of them demanded that he is paid $80 (this was the agreed price including parts to repair the item), we refused, as they have not even open the item to see the problem. After checking the item, the price became $150 for old parts and $300 for new. Despite NOT Repairing anything, the guy demanded for payment and insisted that he be paid $80. even thought $30 was for tpt to diagnose the problem. We wanted to find out where is his office is and asked for his card. HE WAS UNABLE TO PRODUCE one. Finally after a shouting match with my partner, we decided to pay him $50 for his "trouble". This guy have 4 strands of 11 cm long hairs growing out of his face.

It was very trumatising.
