Hi Namie, the room doors are made by the carpenter. The laminate is the same as those we have for the feature wall etc.

Yes. It's laminate. Those glossy ones. It's nice but high maintenance. It works just like glass, fingerprints all over if you keep touch it.

COV 180k for a HDB 5 rm?!That's crazy! I am not into the market of properties hence i am unsure of if there are actual cases. But nah, doubt we are gonna sell it until they decided to 'chase'us away.
