Em Staircase Quote

I signed up wid an ID firm, paid 2K for design fees.. Then due to P&C reasons, could not engage their svs. So asked for refund, tis co said cannot. So I asked them to only do my staircase- timber planks on de horizontal steps only wid tempered glass railing n timber on top for better support.

Tis ID firm gives me de quote for $12K!! !

R they sabotaging me???

Hi,

When you mention timber wood, are you removing the existing and replacing it with a 35mm timber wood back? Coz if it is a overlay then $12k is v expensive.

I replaced to teak wood, 10mm thick glass with wood railings, all in $7k... But I was very unhappy with my ID as he did not do his homework before giving me a quote and now I ended up paying $1k to them!!! (they underquoted us. Inital quote was $4k)
