Hi,

Was asked to pay SGD40/sqm design fee which come to a total SGD 6,000 from ID. Is it a normal practice in the market?

I found it extremely unreasonable as we have paid him SGD 2.6K for the 3D design fee which they also called appointment fee.

Advice needed. TQ
