Noisy Neighbours

hi,

i live in a small condo.

recently,some houses will have parties on friday which will last till 2 to 3 am.

they are not considerate and play loud music or laugh and chat loudly.

dont mean to be a wet blanket but not everyone wants to sleep in late on a sat due to not being able to sleep.

my condo has no security.

so what can i do?

check with a police friend is that can only take video or audio of the culprits and send to management.

calling the police will just be temporary to make them stop.

any advise?
