Not long ago, I've became a 'lucky' owner of this ruined and deserted house with a garden whose area amounts to 1200m2. The house was uninhabited for almost 15 years. It was fully equipped when I bought it. However, the equipment was destroyed by the rain. A s you can see the garden was completely neglected so it required a challenge to enter it.
