How To Calculate Per Foot Run ( Pfr) For Standard Carpentry Work?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

As I am browsing thru the forum to get an idea of prices - it seems a bit vague how some arrive at the average PFR prices.

Is it ( in FT );

1) Total Price / (Height + Length)

2) Total Price / (Length)

I tried method (1) and got an average of 260 PSF, when I tried method (2) I got an average of 120 PSF.

Both numbers seem plausible based on different discussions.

Any advise pls...tks!

Normally quotations are done base on length not height. Price range from 220 to 300 per ft depend on the material. Anything lower than that means they are giving low end materials.
