    For the first project of the year we did renovation for all the door with red clothes hanging on top of all the door at the fixed day. According to the owner's fsm. It turn out quite a smooth renovation. The red clothes must be wore before so that can 挡煞???

    Warm is definitely one of the main considerations, the other thing is laminated flooring there is a wide range of selections plus alot cheaper and now its waterproofed thus commonly used.

    For ur case it either the toilet door facing the dinning room or kitchen, I don thunk its an issue as most hdb flats are like that. Arrangement of the fittings is not a problem.

    Bay window normally are not allowed to be removed as it affects the facade of the building.

    Change a door frame maybe cheaper than laminate it. Frame and door can be different colour maybe you can send me a photo of your door I can help you match a door frame design for free now im have my cny long holiday=) btw im a designer

    Normally quotations are done base on length not height. Price range from 220 to 300 per ft depend on the material. Anything lower than that means they are giving low end materials.
