Qeustions On Various Bulbs

Dear all,I have bought the below wall light from lighting.com.sg and is running a particular type of halogen bulb which I have some queries.

Hopw that the bros/sis here can advise.

1) Is this a G4 connector? I see that there are GU4, GY4, GZ4, etc. Got very confused in identifying this bulb.

2) From the bulb it faintly read 12V and 20V. (I presume its a typo and 20 should be 20 watts?)

3) Can i change into any LED lighting which read 12V safely without causing any firehazard, electrical jump, etc?

4) This below should be OK to be plugged into the lamp right and give almost equivalent lumens?
