Flooring Works For Re-Scaled Landed Unit

Hello Tiler Seng.. I was referred to you by my colleague - one satisfied house-owner I must say.

I am looking for a reliable contractor for my re-scaled landed unit, tentatively would like to

start reno works in end-March. Kindly furnish me with the breakdowns for the following:

LEVEL ONE

• Remove existing floor tiles ****/Dining, Kitchen, Car Porch/Service Yard & Toilet

• Marble floorings for Living/Dining & Kitchen

• Homogeneous wall tiles for Kitchen

• Homogeneous wall & floor tiles for Toilet

• Black slate tiles for Car Porch/Service Yard

LEVEL TWO

• Remove existing timber floorings - require re-screeding? Please advise

• Remove existing wall & floor tiles at 2 Toilet

• Teakwood long-strip for Common Area & 3 Bedrooms

• Maple or any light-colored solid timber floorings, kindly recommend (OPTIONAL - would like to see the price difference)

• Homogeneous wall & floor tiles for 2 Toilets

• Black slate tiles for Balcony
