Chien 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2013 Am undergoing quite major renovation at my new place..Have ordered quite a good amount of tiles from Soon Bee Huat..On both occasions, we have been so stressed by their inadequate and lousy service standard. They called us to say they would be delivering the tiles on this day, and promised to email us the invoice for us to check n get ready payment. Both occasions, they claimed that their email was down thus could not email.Both occasions, they refused to allow us to send the cheque, must cheque/cash on delivery. Their service staff was extremely stupid and unreasonable. Demanded that we travel down to their Tuas or Changi office to make payment first.Cant believe how such company survive until now..
