General

• ​All parts of the above promotion contest are open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore. Philips staff, it’s appointed agencies for this promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible for the contest.
• All participants must be 18 years old and above.
• By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations, and the decisions of the organiser.
• Philips reserves the right to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
• Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with similar or alternative packages. Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd’s decision on all matter relating to this programme and draw is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
• Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, its affiliates and subsidiaries shall not be liable to the winners in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or any expenses incurred of suffered by the winners, plus those of an indirect or inconsequential nature – including, without limitation, economic and other losses.
• All prizes and free gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Part I: Be Inspired (Free Consultation)

• Appointments must be made according to pre-fixed times slot.
• Free gift will only be given to home owner who attended the pre-fixed appointment with their Home Lighting Plan.

Part II: Be Rewarded (Lucky draw)

• You may submit as many entries as you wish but each must be accompanied by at least one (1) ORIGINAL receipt as proof of purchase.
• Purchase must be made from 1 October – 31 December 2013 from the participating stores.
• The draw will be conducted at Philips Electronics Singapore, 620A Lorong 1 Toa Payoh, TP3, Level 3, Singapore 319762.
• Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Philips will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries.

• Participating products: All Philips Home Lighting Products
• All entries are to reach Philips on the indicated dates to qualify for the month’s luck draw.
• The lucky draw will be conducted monthly.
• Winners will be notified by post. Prizes must be claimed in-person with proof of identification. Failure to redeem all prizes or produce the required documents for identification within the stipulated deadline given will result in the prize being forfeited and offered to the runner-up.

Part III: Be Dazzled (Home lighting photo contest)

• Entry period: 1 October – 31 December 2013.
• Only photos featuring LED lights from Philips will qualify.
• All winners will be notified via email.
• By participating, Home owners have agreed to allow Philips team to visit his/her home (as per the photo) for one to two full day professional photo shoot session in 2014. All photo rights are to be released to Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd for publicity purpose.
