I will be providing the paint, just need his services to paint up the place.Also, since its a new place, do i need any primer or anything? Or just paint will suffice? I used to engage professional from established paint vendor to paint my house but I find their charges very expensive and their works sometime is not up to my expectation. I got this contact through my friend, an uncle I called him "Ah Teck" , he is very experienced and has been in this line for more than 35 years. He is very skillful, and didn't mess up my place, and surprisingly very efficient even though he is I guess around 60 years old. I paid for the paint and he charged me labor cost $750. I gave him $50 extra for the good he has done. If you need the service, you may call him at 84549136.
