Retracting Clotheslines For Laundry

I am looking for a retracting clotheslines - wall to wall, not those from the ceiling, for my new condo.

Intend to use it at my balcony where the sun is good for drying clothes.

So far, I have found two companies offering them:

1) Ezziliving

2) Clik Enterprise

Has anyone used such system before? Any comment?

good idea. the iron board is still not sleek... any one has any recommendation for foldable iron board too?
