Hi all,

I need a short period of loan to settle my renovation for my new house. while I am in progress of selling my current old house , I am looking at less then 3 months or sooner to settle the loan amount, the amount which I require only less then $30k. Any bank to recommend which offer low interest rate and charge low charges on early repayment?

Your assistance is purely valuable and helpful, please kindly provide me a relevant source and detail. As I need to hand over my house to buyer and my bto house to be complete less then 2 months.
