Can anyone share whats a decent ballpark figure for renovating my 3rm resale SIT flat in Tiong Bahru? Need an overhaul.Don't have skyrocket high budget either coz bank loan was lower given the remaining yrs left in the lease. Thanks!

It really depends on what work you need to do and the quality of materials, you should get a few quotes before deciding like I did some time back
