Buying From Kong Tai And Other Major Shops

I'm curious, I did a check of some of the appliances I need from Kong Tai (Jurong West) and Courts, HN, GC.

Prices are similar and Kong Tai payment terms are cash only while the rest offer credit card, installment ...

May I know why some are still buying from Kong Tai or other similar shops?

Also is there any disadvantage of paying my purchases by 0% installment ?

the prices for kong tai should be cheaper?

obviously if you want to pay by installment, the bigger retail shop will be better but the price should be higher
