What Is A Reasonable Quote For A 4-Room Resale ? Advice Please

Hi all,

I am in the process of getting quotes for a 4-rm resale flat. It is a 16 year old flat. First owner, rather well-maintained based on what I have seen so far. Currently what I hope to to as as follow:

1) Hack and replace 2 toilet wall and floor tiles, add in shower kerb and shower screen for both toilets

2) Hack and replace kitchen wall and floor tiles, construct kitchen cabinet, fridge and washing machine base. Fabricate kitchen cabinet (estimate about 20 ft top and bottom)

3) Hack and replace floor tiles of living room, 3 bedrooms and balcony.

4) Plaster walls and paint

5) Hack existing cornice / false ceiling / arch and replace with L-box for living room

6) Install feature wall for living room 8 ft

7) Wiring of additional electrical points x5 (approx).

8) Change the main door (need fire-rated) and 3x bedroom door (with frame ?)

I am looking at a certain budget based on some packages I have seen previously, but I am not sure if my budget is realistic. Hope to get some inputs on what is a realistic amount to expect. I have not added in carpentry work yet since I am unsure of the cost of the 'basic' list above. I am thinking to factor in carpentry after finding out what I should expect for a quote for the above items.
