overall I think the price is quite okay but the false ceiling is way too expensive. mine with cove light only 2k plus.

It's actually a 4 bedroom condo. Will still need to buy the lights n ceiling fans though

I realize your study table quite expensive eh. 360 per foot run. my contractor charge 240+ per foot run only.

It's hard to say... Contractor always have ways to increase costs later or give lousier material. Safer to choose One you trust more so than lowest price
