Hi WZ, this is Frederick from Blk 469A.

glad that we are collecting our keys soon =)

I've went to get quotation for my 5room hdb thru 2 company

Company 1 : quoted me $41K (including AC)

Company 2 : quoted me $60+K (its a ID company)

I might be going for 3rd and 4th quotation before deciding which one to take up.

What about u?

Hi Frederick! I approached 5 IDs. 1 of them is the ID i engaged for my previous home :) Now 2nd home, I still ended up with him, hahaha!

Signed up with Ideal House ;) I hope to collect keys soon but now still in the midst of doing the second round of 3D drawings.

For the 41K and 60+K, they quoted for the exact items?

Hannah, this is my second renovation and from my experience, there isn't much of a price difference between contractor and ID contrary to what many people say. At the end of the day, you will end up with someone whom you can click with. That's why need to set aside time to meet up because other than the price factor, being able to click with the ID/contractor is important too. It has to be someone whom you can communicate with.

What are you planning to do??
