Reasonable Id Quote

Hi everybody,

I will like to recommend my ID to you. After sourcing for about 1 month, i had finally decided on him.
Prices reasonable, listen to what i want and knows what i want. More importantly, he advise me on how
to save costs rather than the rest who tell me must add money. If any one is interested , you can pm me.
No harm asking for quote. We all want the best for our home! Yeah!

For your info, Anyway just to sum up the last month on my sourcing.
Contractor
- prices cheaper a bit only

- no 3d drawings, so you cannot visualise your house
- project management
you need to coordinate everything yourself like liasing with tiler, electrician, plumber, carpenters, aircon, who comes in first, who does what, very troublesome. Apply permit as well. Where to leave space for aircon trucking, etc....You have to go up and check after a job is done. At least need to go up my house 8 -10 times. If i know how to coordinate
everything might as well i set up a renovation company since i know all the sop and procedures right! No need to work meh! Of course some will help handle everything.

And I realize no contractors is a stop-service doing everything. Hackers need hacker licence, tiler also
need licence, ceiling, electrician, etc..Contractors also sub out these areas to others.Usually only carpenters is
their own people. So only cheaper on carpentry side. If things cock up, they will push the blame to different groups.

ID firm
- prices expensive a bit only
- project management - Just aim the ID man, haha. hes co-ordinating everything
anyway after every job he will watsapp me the pictures i dont even need to go up my house to check. Also I will not
receive calls from different groups asking me what to do or where to do.

Conclusion
* If you are free, have a lot of time, you can link up contractor and do the whole project management yourself. From

tiler, electrician, plumber, carpenters,etc..1 month you will need to go to your house 8-10 times after different job is done up to check. And its during the daytime before the different group leaves.

If you are not so free, look for a reasonable ID firm, and let him handle everything.
Save time save energy.

Some choose contractors and some chose IDs firm... U decide for yourself.
