hi tiffanytlh, ya, its very expensive. should be 1600-1800 only depends on ur size. plumbling and wardrobe also on the higher side too. i do my shower screen only 500. if u feel good with the id, then go ahead n ask for discount. most important u must be happy and comfortable too..

hi tiffanytlh, saw ur quote, certain things a bit on the higher side. ceiling, plumbling, glass... but not the extend of very expensive. just my thought. maybe ur ceiling is very special designs?

hi dba, most of the time will add abit. bcoz only at the actual side then the contractor will tell u there's an area or something that needs to cover up, u can only see at ur actual house. but its all up to u. on floor plan cannot see the edges.. i also pay a little more to cover my edges...a few hundred only la. haha.

hi dba, just like what pdark says, as long as u are comfortable, n price is right, then just carry on. look at me, i am taking my keys this august and i only confirm my reno in late june, now i am rushing time to buy lightings, sound system, etc...bcoz need to hide wires behind feature walls... just like what my id says, u will need at least 2 mths before taking ur keys to prepare. like design, concepts, 3d drawings will take another 5-7 days, n usually will change designs again. choosing of flooring , cupboard materials, etc.... then my wife n i had to spend 4 sat n suns to look for lights, toilets, furniture, blah blah blah.... left with only 1 mth.....headache. so have more time to prepare will be better. take care.

hi, i am using gene chia from 3d. Will recommend him. So far hë's attentive enough and knows what i want. Even at 2.30am i mgs him and surprising he reply. we talk on my house reno for another 30 mins too. All my things that i want, he went to source for me and brought me around to curtains, lightings shop, sanitary. Heard jayden, bryan, jimmy all not bad too. Been to their office and all of them are quite friendly too. I think all their staff are all well trained therefore no regrets. Thumbs up to the people of 3D. Everything is good. cheers. alantang

Hi everybody, I will like to recommend my ID to you. After sourcing for about 1 month, i had finally decided on him. Prices reasonable, listen to what i want and knows what i want. More importantly, he advise me on how to save costs rather than the rest who tell me must add money. If any one is interested , you can pm me. No harm asking for quote. We all want the best for our home! Yeah! For your info, Anyway just to sum up the last month on my sourcing. Contractor - prices cheaper a bit only - no 3d drawings, so you cannot visualise your house - project management you need to coordinate everything yourself like liasing with tiler, electrician, plumber, carpenters, aircon, who comes in first, who does what, very troublesome. Apply permit as well. Where to leave space for aircon trucking, etc....You have to go up and check after a job is done. At least need to go up my house 8 -10 times. If i know how to coordinate everything might as well i set up a renovation company since i know all the sop and procedures right! No need to work meh! Of course some will help handle everything. And I realize no contractors is a stop-service doing everything. Hackers need hacker licence, tiler also need licence, ceiling, electrician, etc..Contractors also sub out these areas to others.Usually only carpenters is their own people. So only cheaper on carpentry side. If things cock up, they will push the blame to different groups. ID firm - prices expensive a bit only - project management - Just aim the ID man, haha. hes co-ordinating everything anyway after every job he will watsapp me the pictures i dont even need to go up my house to check. Also I will not receive calls from different groups asking me what to do or where to do. Conclusion * If you are free, have a lot of time, you can link up contractor and do the whole project management yourself. From tiler, electrician, plumber, carpenters,etc..1 month you will need to go to your house 8-10 times after different job is done up to check. And its during the daytime before the different group leaves. If you are not so free, look for a reasonable ID firm, and let him handle everything. Save time save energy. Some choose contractors and some chose IDs firm... U decide for yourself. So guys enjoy sourcing. Cheers! Alantang

Hi it's overpriced already.. A lot of things. Can even show u my quote or u check other company quote. Too much. . The PVC carpentry still need extra 2000. Cabinet also expensive! Others come with it. Either u like his design or he's is very special if not I guess u can change another id. Alan tang
