Hi jimmy Actually i feel weird thats the price is to cheap.. Cos u know why? thats i know some contractor they quote u low price n make u to sign the contract after that they charge this n that or maybe they using bad quality product to do ur house... I have been cheap before so better don believe.. I m not a rich guys but i prefer pay more n stay safe

Hdb registered contractor, big company, 5 yrs warranty, own factory, workmanship good as well. U can try meeting him up. Responsive guys. No harm anyway nothing to lose for is. Haha. Compare around!

ya 5yrs warranty which I think is a lot bcoz the rest of the companies is abt 1-2 yrs. moreover they are among top few bigger companies. I went to abt 7-8 Coys last year looking around, even one of them have lifetime warranty. So funny. Where got things lifetime one. What things can be use for so long, cannot think of it. Anyway we just want the best for our house. As long as u are happy, go ahead with the person u feel comfortable with. All d best bro!

no no worries we are here to share informations. Some price like plumbling n electricity quote on the high end tats y can give free items.  While carpentry on the lower side which have to make sure that the workmanship is good. Coz kitchen cabinet varies from 110 - 170 per ft. I think can ask for abit lesser yay my opinions. Nego with them la. All d best!

Hi jimmya, not sure if this is still an active thread, but how's the workmanship and quality like so far? Seeing that your works have been done for almost half a year.

Pardon me as we will be getting our keys soon and thought the process though tiresome would be easy since we know what we want, but boy! we cannot be more wrong with all the IDs and contractors there eyeing us like walking carrot heads.
