Adding Electrical Point Only

I hope someone can enlighten me. thank for your help in advance.

Now i am getting the resale flat and owner had renovated the house 5 years ago (main water paip , electrical wiring).

I don't want to rewire whole house but just want to reshuffle + add some new electrical/aircon/heater point, is this possible?

anyone can share your experience?
