Need Comments On My Renovation Quote. Is It Overpriced?

I've been talking to a few interior designers about the renovation work for my condo. It is a 20-year old condo and the previous owner is a stupid and lazy SOB, whose has done a sh*t job maintaining the apartment. I have no choice but hacking all the existing marble floor, parquet, etc. Anyway, one of my shortlisted ID gave me the following quote. I was wonder you guys can do me a solid to check whether the quotation is reasonable or overpriced?
