I recently renovated my 20 years old 5A Flat at Jurong West and I would like to said the journey was like sitting on a roller coaster with ups and downs.

We were recommended with 5 interior designers from one of the renovation apps and met up with them at my residence for a discussion.  After the meet up, I google search via some website including Renotalk on the feedback of these interior designers.  My meet up with 2 of the interior designer firms was fruitful and I eliminated the other 3 as their response was slow and the quote was out of our budget.

Juz Interior was one of the selected designers but the negative feedback on Renotalk did stir some queries in my mind on their services.  I contacted Jess to enquire about the feedback and was glad that she is truthful about the whole incident and explain to me what exactly happened.  We meet up with her and Anson at their office and they really understand what is our ideal design.  My husband and me have different thoughts on the design we wanted but they are able to compromise and come out with ideas and design that suits both my husband and me.

Being a fussy person, Jess and Anson try to accomodate most of my request.  During the renovation process, they understand our budget & time constraint and try to work within our budget at the limited time frame.  Some small jobs like varnishing of the exisiting furniture which cost a few hundreds was done without charging us.  I didn't have to constantly check on them as Jess will constantly update me on the status via Wasapp. After handing over of the flat, they constantly follow up on the touch up and minor repair work without delay.

Although there were some hicupps during the whole process but the ultimate result was fulfilling and we are satisfied with what Juz interior has provided us.  We strongly believe it is important for us to engage an interiopr desinger whom we have chemistry with so that we can share our ideas across comfortably.
