CarolWilks 0 Report post Posted June 21 I've recently been told by multiple people that i am out of shape and I'm going to end uo being overweight if i don't quit my habits so ig i need to lose weight but idk where to start I can already see the fact that I'm starting to be overweight and i don't really want to be...i don't have the motivation to keep up good habits so i guess I'm destined to be overweight... GermanStein 0 Report post Posted Wednesday at 09:07 AM Small steps helped me a lot, like swapping one snack for fruit and doing a quick daily walk so it didn’t feel like a chore. Tracking little wins kept me going. I also used a future height calculator once just to get a sense of how my habits were affecting my overall growth and health, and it weirdly motivated me to stick with better routines.
