Reno looks good at $20k. Many pple think that contractors are not as good as ID but I think that some contractors are really good.

I spoke with a few contractors before. The main thing they told me is I need to tell them what I want then they will do up accordingly. If want nice nice designs then need to go find ID liao.

I think if u want an Original design that nobody has, then you need an ID. But honestly, how many of the ID in Singapore are capable of that? They also copy from others....most of the time you need to show them what you like and they will adapt.

As for contractors, you are right. As long as you can show them a picture or a sketch or drawing, they will be able to produce it.

Hi, your post is really a life saver. I happened to meet some IDs and disappointed with their unreasonable price. So I'm thinking of looking for contractor instead. Could you please send me the contact of the contractor?
