Adding on some Reno Works

Hi all,

i have engaged my ID to work on the remaining parts of my house, but there are few things that i would like to do and don't wish to go back to ID as their prices are too high.
anyone got any lobang for these masonry works, also what would be the better workflow as i am doing vinyl flooring.

 

flat type: 4 room bto

Type of works required:
a) hack and replace kitchen floor & service yard tiles
b) hack service yard window
c) overlay master toilet wall and floor
d) construct drop-kerb for shower area
e) casement shower screen
f) 5 feet mirror for master toilet
g) box up master toilet for air con piping
h) 3ft vanity cabinet with kompacplus top
