reno quotation - reasonable or too pricy

Hi everyone... i am a newbie in this forum. I had recently purchase a resale 5 room flat in Tampines and will be starting my renovation in about 3-4 weeks time. Currently i m in the mist of choosing a reliable and reasonable priced contractor. This is one of the quotation i received from one of the contractor yesterday. The total he quote me is 60+k. Can i take up abit of your time to help me see if what he quote is reasonable or is it too pricy. I hope u guys can provide me with some valuable inputs and advices on his pricing in the quotation attached above. Thank you and hope to hear from some of u soon.
