What sold her was they actually asked about the artwork upfront, explained their proper packing process (acid-free paper, custom crates, the whole thing), and gave her detailed insurance options specifically for valuable items. They even took photos before packing each piece so there was documentation of condition. All the paintings arrived intact, no cracks, no frame damage. The whole shipment took about 6 weeks but she said the extra care was worth not having to stress about whether grandma's portraits would show up in pieces.
