He is not train nor was taught in renovation. He will charge a high price tag and drag your home's renovation for a long time. Longest is a 1 bedroom and 1 study condo at Kings Albert park for 1 year, changing 2 contractor without paying them, charging owner 40 plus k for it. Does not have a good relationship with suppliers and staff because he will drag payment. 1 year changes about 5 to 6 teams of suppliers. Quality of product, depends on contractors, often changes so every home owner's quality different. Charging high prices without at quality of consistency very bad service.
