Newly Wed Couple Using 2 Super Single Mattress

Recommended Posts

Hi Mr Chong,

My hubby and I are currently sourcing for bedframes and mattress.

Would like to check with you if it is alright for a married couple to sleep on 2 Super Single Mattress but its placed in SAME King Sized Bedframe.

Our bedsheets that we are going to use are also King Sized Bedsheets, the 2 super single sized mattress will be placed on the same king sized bedframe.

Thanks Mr Chong in advance for helping out :D

Hello snowiee

Especially in Hong Kong, masters usually advise the couples not to have split beds. Reason being that the couple will split in the end.

In Feng Shui, there has been a lot of customs and traditions that mixed with metaphysics. Of course there's no harm believing it but you can take my word that this is ridiculous. Your priority will be the right place and direction to sleep. Once you sleep wrongly, even a super king size also can not help you.

I read a fs book from HK guy (long pony tail), in the pic, the bed normally put opp-corner of the door, correct ?

Haha, don't know who got long pony tail. Bed put opp-corner of the door is a practise similar to putting desk or room opp-corner of office main door. This type of placement or method has theory based on Qi accumulation and it is supposedly that the assigned location was the better.

A feng shui master has many theories and procedures to follow before indicating the location. It is not always a must or standard to use opp-corner.
