Hi,

Would like to check if the completion date is included in your renovation contract with the ID/Contractor?

Do you specify like..

For example, "To be completed within 5 weeks" or something like this?

and do you add anything like a penalty if they delay your works ... etc etc?

Hmm..would be interested to find out as well. Anybody can share what's a reno contractor that is good to protect our interests?

i believe the completion date should be included and a clause that states the compensation if completion date is not adhered to

believe there is a standard contract that radac issued

some forummers had used it when signing up with their ID/contractor

maybe you can search for it?
