Hi..

Got my flat recently and doing some renos. My ID told me that I need to engage PE / QP ( I don't know which is which!!!! ) to endorse and inspect the hacking of one of my internal wall that separate the kitchen & the svs balcony.

Is this true? And my ID also mentioned that there's a fee for this service. Any idea on how much to pay for such service ?

Can I ask my ID to do everything for me & I just pay accordingly? Will the cost be the same?

Pls help, anyone!!! Thanks!
