    So glad I stopped by Renotalk to check for updates. Your progress looks fantastic! I'm super in love with the dark raw wooden look of the laminates. It adds a really classic vintage look and just transforms the entire place into a non-hdb look, haha. Also, with so many grains it's easy to go wrong but I think you nailed the look. So jealous that you're getting customised trays. My carpenter didn't want to do one for me, he said it would cost a lot. Boo. Hope things are picking up speed now. I totally feel you on rushing the contractors. Sometimes I think they just take it for granted if we don't apply any pressure on them.

    By sealing it i assume you mean to protect it? You can maintain/recondition your granite tiles by using something called HCL89 What it does is that it cleans and reconditions your granite tiles and also helps to create a protection for it so that it always remains new. You can usually get it from from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com Hope this helps you out

    Yes it can, especially in the kitchen for your table top better to recondition semi regularly

    [interested can directly deal with carpentry, Mr.Lau from Metal & Wood General Contractor, (9742 5965).... eventhough it's a minor job..i believe that Mr.Lau will be able to meet your requirements...he is doing the carpentry works, quite experience as well..can drop by at his workplace at NorthLink,,,
