    Dear all, I would like to share with everyone about my moving experience. My husband and I decided to engage Mega Movers to move our things. They seemed rather promising and all. On the day of the moving, the workers started moving the items. I have specifically instructed and reminded them to please wrapped the corners of my dresser and its chair. Although they have wheels, I told them its better not to roll them over uneven gravel floor downstairs. However, they refused to listen and continued in their ways. I watched as they dropped my book casing and loose items as they wheel the furniture downstairs. There was nothing to do but to ask the supervisor to remind his men to be careful. However, when dresser was delivered to my new place, all the corners of my dresser chair were chipped, scratched and my dresser was also chipped quite badly. One part of the wood on the underside of my chair came off. The items that were not placed in the box were dropped and also broken. I was shocked. I called them up and ask if they could do something about it and guess what. They told me they have no such contingency plan for me. I was supposed to absorb the damage. I understand there might be some damage but wood come off. All scratches? I was horrified. I had to fork out money to re-polish and spray my dresser. The repair man was horrified about the damage. Already moving house is a headache on its own. To move the furniture in and out is another headache. I will definitely not recommend anyone to sign up with mega movers. Spare you the heartache and all.

    I was asked Mega MOVER,s in March 2014 for shifting a cabinet and mutually agreed price, date, time for shift. Even I took leave on that Saturday (29/03/2014). 1 hour before proposed to shift, he called me and said, we don't want your job, I am busy and engage another mover. Since he never pick up the phone. Very rude and irresponsible. I have sms him will report to police and will post online about your company MEGA MOVER's bad experience. he never reply me. VERY BAD AND RUDE!
