Hi CutePinkElephant, It is Baron W303. Single-piece with soft-closing cover. I bought it at $378 before discount. On hindsight, it is a bit expensive.

Congrats! Your house is finishing soon! I am sure there will be lots of cleaning to do during the first week of post renovation. In fact I intended to take a couple of days off to mop and wipe my whole house after the hand over. I'm sure it will be very satisfying.

hihi, Just came back from our new place. Took some pictures to share... This is a photo of our installed WC. Laminate flooring at our Study Room & Guest Room A photo of our aircon outdoor unit. The insulation is exposed. Will check with the aircon man to see if he could come down to wrap them with aluminium foil. The TV feature wall that will hide the window to the air-con ledge. To be covered with our chosen wallpaper... (this photo was taken before air-con unit was installed) We have also just pay a visit to the lighting shop to get our foyer light. In the end, besides the foyer light, we also bought a standing lamp to be place near the platform at our living room. Our Foyer Light... And the standing lamp... Still have to find a table lamp/wall lamp for our MBR...

For me and LittelDevil, we did our choice of selection using point system. You have shortlisted down to 3 right? Wife and Husband each award points to the 3 IDs. 3 being the first choice and 1 for the last choice. Add up the points from both of you, and you get your ID =) P/S: Don't rush into making a decision on the ID yet. In my opinion, be frank and tell them that they are the shortlisted 3 and ask them what can they offer better than the other 2 ID firms. There're tons of ID waiting to do your business also. Importantly also both of you must feel comfortable with the ID, as he will be working with you for the next 3-4 months. In your case, I will choose betwen ID2 and ID3 though.
