Hi friends, I would like to know has anyone in this forum have experience dealing with this matter My father want to make a claim against my brother and me. It is very complicated because he has 6 children from the first marriage and 4 children fron the 2nd marriage My mother was his first wife but my father has not taken care of me since i was young because he was a womaniser ,gambler and drinking. Can he ask for maintenance only from the children of his first marriage thanks

Move in today. Still cleaning up Want to do some laundry but the inlet jet to for the washing machine is tight can't even turn at all...unscrew the tap and found it was rusty. Use a spanner to unscrew and the water splash onto me...chay....think the plumber never do a good job

actually the damaged hole is on one piece of tile in kitchen. Believe must be due to carpentry work coz it right in front of kitchen cabinet

oh thank carelinwen. Yes agreed the tilers are quite good but the electrician is only average. Will point out during the handover.

but kinda troublesome....mean after handover the workers will need to come back again to hack that few pieces of tiles

I agreed on this. my electrical work done is so so. positioning for PLC light for L-BOX is also out Will try to take a picture and upload here. took my things for use but never put back properly and anyhow throw

Hi all, need some small advice for my renovation. My flat will be handover this weekend and recently i found there are some scratches on the kitchen and living room tiles. who is liable for this. If not so obvious maybe can close one eye...but think the living room quite obvious and could it be hannpened during the carpentery work as there isn't any cover on the tiles during the installation pls advice..thanks
