  1. correct. bracket not included. electrician should have informed you, even if GAB did not. for mine, the electrician bought the bracket for me & i was charged 5 bucks?
  2. i purchased it 2 months ago only. got a electrician to install it. started to wobble pretty bad at high speeds. then got the KDK electrician to make a trip down to check. he said it's normal. but he did try to lessen the wobbling. these days it has this weird sound when the fan is turned on. i don't know if it has anything to do with the wind. sigh.
  3. Hi is your fan still wobbling? i have the same problem with my fan & now it has a weird sound...*worried*

  13. which plumbing team was that? from what i've seen, i know there were 2 batches - banglas & the malaysians. the malaysians did a way better job. i was quite disappointed with the earlier who did a not-so-decent job with my heater & the pipe behind the washing machine.
  14. i certainly did...this is what some of the experts say (Source from CNET): "LED bulbs do get hot, but the heat is pulled away by a heat sink in the base of the bulb. From there, the heat dissipates into the air and the LED bulb stays cool, helping to keep its promise of a very long life." So well, it dissipates into the air & directly onto the human. LOL
  15. regarding track lights in kitchen - very subjective. was contemplating for the longest time. this was what i got from various people: 1) home owners - aesthetically nice. no issue & bright enough to light up the kitchen. this feedback also came from my own brother who installed track lights in his kitchen. 2) lighting retailer - not practical. light focuses only on one area. i took the earlier advice & went ahead. and regretted. my personal experience is that: - it focuses on a small area. so you will need to put up multiple spots to cover a wider area. - it casts a shadow if im standing at the area where the spot is focused on. - it's very HOT. i was perspiring like crazy as i had 2 spots focusing on the area where i stood. unless your kitchen is naturally cool or has air conditioning, else i will not suggest having track lights.
  16. don't know what breed she is as she was a stray. but i suppose she's cross siamese. super affectionate cat. ya she scratches my bed & sofa very often, despite having 3 scratch posts in the house.
