I got these rinnai package for $1.7K from poh joo ... I think the price is reasonable ..

Has anyone ever did refurbishing their build in wardrobe? Been thinking of doing in my 2 common bedrooms as both wardrobe looks very old. One can notice the colour has changed to yellowish in the interior. And for some reason (I think its definitely to cut cost), the previous owner painted the laminate door!!! Was thinking maybe some carpenter can help to relaminate, or maybe just attached new laminate by means of nails or screws just to cover up. I think can do it if it is done properly. Thanks to share any of your experience!

Finally signed up with Steven to do my house last weekend Of all 3 recommended IDs I approached to, he provided more detailed quotations and unique layout design that different than the other two. Wife and I thrilled with the idea of shifting the TV feature wall slightly to the living room to give more space to dining room . Also appreciate he is willing to take us to one of the house that he did, and we were like woaahh very nice house for the happy couple Hopefully the work can commence on Dec right after hand over of key and can complete by 1st week of Jan. I ll get a T-blog up and keep u guys posted. Now pray....pray hard no major trouble along the way

Hello all, Im in the midst of discussion with Ideal House for "selective" renovation of my resale flat. Steven is the ID I talked to. He seems to be very patient with us, addressing most of our noobish questions. Anyway, the quotation came out with Resale Dream Package as one of the item and it comes with a free 20sqft top-bottom kitchen cabinet. However I happend to check their webby and it states that the same pkg is bundled with FOC 20sqft top-Bottom kitchen cabinet AND FOC a 3 system aircon, the latter is missing from my quotation. Anyone knows whether IdealHouse has stop giving away free aircon? Or should I ask him straight bout it.

Wife and I are going to meet kelvin from TAU this Sunday. Nothing much to comment at the moment except quite prompt response to your sms, hee heeee Due to budget constrain and relatively good condition of the resale flat we just bought, we may not have much to renovate but Kitchen, 2x bathrooms, and MBR. Modern Resort is the theme we currently have in mind. So really looking forward to this Sunday meeting and will update you guys how it goes :D
