Hi CPE, Thanks for the info.. Will only be getting keys for my resale flat end of December... Donno by then will the renovation cost still remain high or low... Planning to start renovation only after CNY as coming year-end, too rush and most renovation firms with their malaysian workers might be shuting down early in celebration for their CNY.. Maybe after CNY, renovation cost will be lower... What do you think?

I engaged Jin's Brother as its their specialty, they claim to use premium grade Italian diamond powder which gives a better and finer finish. There are cheaper ones using China powder though.
