View of wall tiles on the left side of master bathroom. This part of the wall between master bathroom and private balcony was the cause of the delay in my renovation. My ID wanted to create a bigger bathroom for me, so needed to hack the wall and rebuild it further into the private balcony, but HDB did not approve previously, thus needed further wait for their approval. Finally, now it is done!

This is another view of master bedroom, where the right is private balcony. Do take note that this master bedroom has no windows, thus a private balcony is there for this reason, I suppose.

End of Week 2 Part I As I was busy, I missed the chance to take a photo before renovation started, and at the end of week 1 (which is basically all the hacking). Therefore, I shall start with photos from end of week 2 onwards, and the rest will be the photos that will do the "talking". ;-) Remove balcony (doors) to create a bigger living room space. Windows and grilles will be constructed. A door and wall will be created for this study room. Hack off part of the kitchen wall to create a partial-see-through wall (with tempered glass). There's another view below. Previous owner hack off the store room to create cabinets, but I intend to create back the store room.

Hi people, I took quite a while to look for a point block in the region, but the price was above or around $500K and also, the ages of these blocks are around 30 years old. hi all, wanna check wif u guys, the experts: when u engaged a particular id (or any id), they would proposed their designs in drawings etc, so do we get to keep those drawings? if can keep, it's FOC rite? my cousin previous engaged 1 id, but they din allow him to keep the drawings... so my turn, i would like it to be a more pleasant experience... and also, what's the main difference between laminated flooring and parquet flooring? which is better or more expensive??

hi every1, i juz bought a resale 5 room, and intend to do up the entire place including toilets. so if the shower screen door is spoilt (whole door came off, as seen during my viewing of the flat) for the common toilet, should i ask the owner to replace it? since i would be doing up the whole place, what is the important thing(s) to look out for before 2nd appointment?
