Hi, Sorry that been long time never check out this forum. For Ben contact, you can call to their office to get or PM me. (I have not been visiting this blog quite long time until recently someone pm me for Ben contact.) Have you ever try to approach other ID from other firms before? have you ever asked how long this person been working in this industry? How is his finished project look like? Most importantly, DO YOU LIKE HIS DESIGN? Last time when I told my designer that by budget is 30k. But end up his initial quotation is 21k only. What he said is because my design is nothing much. That's why so low.

I got mine from Yee Sin. http://www.yee-sin.com/ They quoted me 280 with customised length and width... Initially I looking for gawa, but was quoted for abt 800++ if I wan to customised length and width. Yee Sin not bad. They know my storeroom dimension immediately after I told them my street name and block number. (because they had done many Storeroom set up for my area which I don't even know. )

Thanks~! We still enjoy staying in our new house. =D Oh.. I don't do feature wall because I want a simple and cozy house. We also go for resort theme.. (LOL.. I remembered I keep telling Ben I want Dark and White Chocolate Theme for my house on the first day we met up with him.) House design is for personal preference. In addition.. I dun really like the feeling of my TV hanging in the mid air. Our House is a place which we need to face daily, of coz must do it the way we love to stay in. hurhurhur... Quotation.. Hm...Hm... I "upgrade" alot of things.. imagine from a initial quote of 21k to 26k. =P (We gave Ben a budget of 40k initially...) Not so nice to post those details out. But I believed every cent I paid is worth it. (They also need to earn for a living mah.. keke...) You can arrange a house visit with Benedict if you like to.

Temporary using geocities to host my images. Restriction on 4MB per hour transmission rate. Office block alot of websites and I don't have internet access at home yet. Still trying to fix my new house internet point. If you cannot see the image, means it has exceed the hourly transmission rate.

Hm.. If I am not wrong, Sink dun really come with hole. The hole should be open by the plumber of your house. (I not really sure because it is all monitored by my ID) Because my sink is actually open the hole on top of my solid surface instead, not on my sink. It depends on how and where you want your tap to be located. Enjoy your renovation process. =)

Oh... I just keep looking at Benedict and telling him I got difficulties looking for those items as I don't have any experience at all. btw, Benedict did not accompany to see furniture. He told me because he is a designer, not good for him to bring me to buy furniture. But lights, sink and hob still no problem. He needs to know my sink measurement also. Benedict is a very nice person. For those who met him before should know. =) What is E&Y? My final quotation is 5k difference as compare to my initial quotation. I went for alot of higher price items like... CORIAN surface. hurhur... lucky my hubby never scold me for that. =p I need to wait till go home before I can upload my pic..
